Our Promise

We want you to be happy with Remmi. If it's not for you, we make it easy to cancel or get a refund. No hoops. No hassle.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro or Unlimited subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • After that, your account reverts to the Free plan.
  • Your interview history is never deleted - you can still review your existing prep history on the Free plan.
  • Daily drills will stop at the end of your billing period.

Refunds

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment for any plan (Prep Pack, Pro, or Unlimited) - no questions asked.

After the 7-day window:

  • We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.
  • If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion.
  • Refunds for renewals (beyond the first payment) are handled on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to hello@textremmi.com with your phone number or the email address you used for payment. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated subscribe-refund cycles).
