Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By using Remmi ("the Service"), operated by Remmi ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is available to individuals aged 16 or older.

2. Description of Service

Remmi is an interview prep coach accessed via WhatsApp. You send your job title, company, interview date, answers to practice questions, and related context. Remmi builds a custom prep plan, gives feedback, and sends daily drills plus a final cheat sheet. Your phone number serves as your identity - no separate account or app is required.

3. Plans and Pricing

• Free: 1 mock interview with AI interviewer and detailed scorecard.
• Prep Pack (€14.99 one-time): 7-day custom prep plan for one interview, including company research, daily drills, 3 mock interviews with scorecards, and a morning cheat sheet.
• Pro (€29.99/month): Unlimited interview plans, 6 mock interviews per month with progress tracking, daily AI-picked drills, and ongoing chat coaching while you job hunt.
• Unlimited (€59.99/month): Everything in Pro plus up to 3 mock interviews per day with progress tracking. Designed for active candidates running multiple processes at once. A fair-use cap of 3 mocks per day applies to keep the service sustainable.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be honored at their current rate for the duration of their billing cycle.

4. Payment and Billing

Prep Pack purchases are billed as one-time payments. Pro and Unlimited plans are billed monthly through Polar, our payment processor. By purchasing or subscribing, you authorize the applicable charges to your payment method. You can cancel monthly plans at any time - your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you send to Remmi. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your interview notes, practice answers, voice notes, or media. We store your content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for the content you send. Do not use Remmi to store illegal content, content that infringes on others' rights, or content that violates applicable law.

6. AI and Data Processing

Remmi uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic and OpenAI) to classify interview context, generate practice questions, evaluate answers, and produce coaching feedback. Your messages are processed through these services solely to provide functionality. We do not use your data to train AI models.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Send automated or bulk messages to the Service
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Use the Service to store sensitive credentials (passwords, financial account numbers, government IDs)

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Remmi available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party providers (WhatsApp, cloud infrastructure) and may experience downtime. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

9. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@textremmi.com. We will delete all your interview plans, conversations, and personal information within 30 days of your request.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remmi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via WhatsApp message. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
